Just to start it off I'm going to say there wasn't any abuse here, even if Zicke is wrong or you just think that Zicke is wrong, you can still listen to what the admin is asking you to do, talk it out, and/or come here if you think the admin is enforcing a rule which doesn't exist.

The teleport is a little out of sync with everything else so maybe that has nothing to do with the rest of the situation, but even excluding that you were asked to move 4 times and slapped 12 times in between those warnings before eventually being kicked. Perhaps it would have been a better option to teleport you away, but you did get a lot of warnings to move before Zicke resorted to a kick.
However, what I will say about that spot is firstly I'm not sure what rule you're citing about being allowed to camp, but secondly there also isn't any internal rule saying that spot isn't allowed. It's a slightly annoying spot because there's a noblock zone in that area to reduce lags from large groups getting stuck together in tight spaces, which means you can't simply boost up to the spot, but you are right that the spot is still accessible, just not very easy to achieve, particularly for those who don't know about the noblock zone. So I will agree that I don't think Zicke should have been asking you to move from the spot, and I don't think it's correct to call the spot buggy under the circumstances. I've mentioned to Zicke that if she thinks a spot should be disallowed or is unsure about certain spots to ask other members of the team about the spot rather than assuming certain spots should be blocked off. After discussing it a bit it sounds to me like some admins believed this spot had been deemed illegal which is why it would have resulted in inconsistent rules being applied by admins.
I have to assume Zicke was not aware that you are currently gagged which is why you couldn't reply, but you were still given a lot of time to move from the spot and even if you believed it to be wrong, we do still ask players to listen to admin commands. So on your end it would have been better to listen to what Zicke was saying and to ask if there were rules about that spot afterward, either here on the forums or through admin chat in the server which should still be available to you despite being gagged.
