Admin_Sounds and Evil rocket?

Well I never download sounds, as it annoys me too... so no big deal for me and anybody else who is clever and doesn't like to be sound-spammed

I voted for "evilrocket only" btw because I abandoned connecting to a lot of servers too in past, when I had to download all those stuff and didn't know about the options in CSS and how to configure them...

But evilrockteting blockers (and Haze, obviously) into space is certainly more fun than slaying them^^ I remember that some admin made it on me last December or November and I was laughing long enough to die twice in next round ahhahaha

For the sounds, cant we put it in, so that the sounds can only be playd so so often?
