the demo is from september so dunno if such a ban request might still be valid but i was looking threw the demo file and found this and checked here that i never reported this guy back then so anyway here is the demo and it's up to you to ban or not

Sadly we can't react on such old situations. Anyway I took a look at your demo and this player is already in my personal records and got warned twice for blocking. Next time I see him I keep my eyes opened.
