Hi,
I didn't see any evidence of the reported player destroying barricades. He/She throws a grenade at 1:18 but it looks like the grenade is no where near your barricades. The barricades are intact till the end of the demo.

he has done this a round where i didnt record him after the round i started recording and he tried again to destroy my baricade. he throw the grenade on purpose.

I discussed with another admin and he also agreed that the demo lacks evidence to ban the reported player. I also tracked down the player and where his grenade landed. As you can see in the screenshots, his grenade is far from your barricades. Therefore, no ban will be issued.
