Additional Information: He attempted to team with me, and at first I shot him with elites once and he didn't attack back. Thus doing so I started recording but only got his death and a little bit before.

Hello, thank you for reporting.
The demo shows canonero refraining from attacking you while he had enough time and a perfect chance. This is to be considered as not following game objectives rather than teaming with the opposite team, since he showed no attempt to cooperate with you, hence the short BAN.
