This guy was deliberately blocking people in the narrow passage at the top of 4way. He successfully killed 3 team mates, as seen in the demo.
Please be aware that I don't really know his SteamID because the 'status' cmd in the console, for some reason, doesn't show him. I think you should also check this situation.
