Thank you for reporting.
Although it's his first ban for this reason / type of offence I found it fair to issue a 12 hour ban for "Shooting barrels/props used to camp-spot" as the player has 2 earlier bans for teamkilling as well as having 38 days of connection time according to hlstats I believe he knows the rules well enough by now.
