Alright so, i watched the demo and the player was punished in game so it's not something we ban for.

Regarding the youtube video, he seemed to block you for fun as in if you were friends, he also moved back as soon as the first infection appeared. I don't take this as a heavy offense however i talked to him on steam and gave him a strict warning so if he does this again he will get a long ban.

For now no action will be taken but if he does it again even for fun he will get a hard ban. Thanks for the report however please also remember that if there is an admin present you should tell the admin instead of reporting and if the player was already punished it's not something we will punish for again.
