Being a non-steam player is not forbidden as per our rules.
Regarding your report - you must provide us the proper rulebreaking material such as for example an demo. Without the previously mentioned "material" (proof) we can't do anything towards the reported player (rulebreaker).
Regarding you being in the DeadlyHunter group has nothing to do with the un(ban) section.
