This is very borderline between being a bannable offense and not.

When you make a ban request it says this:

Bannable offences:

1. Cheating
2. Reconnecting to avoid death (chatlog is not a valid proof)
3. Exploiting the game
4. Killing teammates on Purpose
5. Severely bad Spraylogos
6. Macros/Hotkeys/Scripts
7. Teaming/Not following the game objective
8. Blocking/Ruining the gameplay

Non-Bannable offences:

1. Light insulting (noob, nap, lolly)
2. Light spamming (222222, omg, lucker)
3. Stealing names
4. Stealing clantags
5. Temporarily blocking a person (depends on the situation)
6. Temporarily blocking the main elevator (4way only)
7. Light porn spray logos (must not show genitals!)

I would say it's on the edge of both sides as he did intend to block to ruin the gameplay for you but you got past him and he was only temporarily blocking.

I decided to give him a 1 hour ban, he most likely will not notice the ban unless he is in game but it's like a little "spot on the record". It will have a say in future bans and possible admin application but that's all.

Hey Havoc, i know Ezekiel, he is a annoying blocker, he blocks whenever he can.

Yeah can also confirm that he already got punished and kicked by me too for blocking other players.

I know that without any evidence it's not important but i can confirm to that he always blocks when i play on your servers...
