Hello Crazy Apple and thank you for reporting this rulebreaker, however we can't see who's the guy on your demo as there is no name shown, so it could be anybody.

Please next time take care to go in "spectate" and not being on "3rd person", that way when you'll aim at the guy, his name wil show up.
