It's really difficult to see anything with your vid. I'll leave this for someone more knowledgeable than I to give the final word.
Just want to let you know we stopped accepting youtube vids for reports a while ago and this report shows a good reason why. Without the demo we can't slow down or use show impacts or do a variety of other things which makes it much more difficult than it needs to be to determine if there is indeed hacks or not. In the future please only submit demos.
