Hello @Tirant ! At first I see that there was Gower - the admin. If you see admins in-game you must tell them about rule-breakers first.
I could say "Hap" did it without intent since he might not have known that climbing on the heads of his teammates while being in the elevator leads to TK. But as he was banned in past month for the same reason and he didn't make any conclusions I've given to him the ban. Thank you for the request!
