Hello @1nfomercial and thank you for taking your time into making this report.
I've reviewed demo and I could've seen that he attempted to teamkill (getting infected & after that spread infection among the others).
Not really sure if it's worth a ban or not, so I've checked our SourceBans site and I found that he has 2 bans on the record already, from which one is issued for "Edging to teamkill".
Cause of his previous ban record I've decided to issue him a "short" ban to keep him on the record.
