He keeps breaking the rules by blocking people and rejoining. He is already banned for 1 week on his main account but is evading the ban by playing on his secondary accounts. I believe his secondary accounts should be banned. Clearly he is just there to disrupt the game for others. He only starts breaking rules when all the admins have left the server so no one can punish him.
