Hello @K4marad and thank you for putting an effort into reporting the above mentioned player.
I've reviewed the demo and I personally couldn't have seen any of the Macro/Hotkey/Script or Cheating/Hacking, neither an aim hack as you've stated. So I'd like to leave this matter to any other available admin to check the demo and provide me/us with any rulebreaking/cheating occasions that may have been caused by the above stated (reported) player.
I could've seen that an admin was online (Easy) while you were recording, so you could've directly report it to him (open team chat by pressing U instead of Y and type @ <text>), so he can take an appropriate action immediately - just so you know for the future reports/infractions.
