Hello and thank you for reporting.
I do not myself see this as bannable offense. He didn't kill the 'afk(?)' CT, but just 15 sec into the demo another zombie came to infect him.
NagarD also doesn't have any bans on record, so I would leave this for now and look up for him instead.

Yep absolutely fine for me. A bit later he was also blocking an elevator a little bit but he might have been afk so that was also not worth reporting. Just mentioning in case it should happen again. ;-)
