I viewed the demo and it's pretty obvious how he blocks his entire team. One thing though... while recoding a demo type "status" in console (only if it's less than 40 players in-game, otherwise the demo crashes). This way it's easier for us to match his steamID. Player is now temporarily banned for teamblocking.
