The first player (Pilomat 2009) i don't think he blocked on purpose, maybe he's a beginner?
But the second one (POH !) that was on purpose.

As you pointed out the first one mostly looks like an accident so not going to do anything there, however, the second one definitely looks blatant. It is his first ban so I've decided to give him a little 12 hour cooldown in this case

Haha! That's the best time/place to make critical decisions All this kind of requests will be uploaded on youtube, why use forum space and create lag on servers when youtube has "infinit" space.
