I do not know exactly what you mean. But on the first small demo i recognize nothing and the second kill my counterstrike with a error.
Does someone else have to look at this.

Also the only thing I see in the youtube video that you've attached is that you got stuck in another player and that the player possibly went AFK.

I just want to add that players are allowed to be afk in game whenever they want, it's their choice.

Good to know. Then I am wrong what "Teaming" means. Thought it was unfair that you play as CT and are AFK as Zombie. -
So what is "Teaming"? As a matter of fact I was not able to find the rules with the search function - only got a lot of un/ban threads.

Teaming is when you play against your team. For example, if you are human and you are playing with a zombie and you play together and do not kill him or in the worst case when you shoot / knife zombies too your other team members and kill them thats a way of teaming.
