Hey Capt, first of all Thank you so much for your report.
Anyway I just watched the video and have seen what he did wrong, checked the chatlogs and his previous bans and have seen that this user got banned now the 4th time by me, anyway it will cause an higher punishment now.

Yes I did, anyway everything what this user does always is joining the server and doing the same mistake heavily, so he joins and just do one mistake after the other. Also there isn't any other possibilitys I think.
It is up to an HA/SPA to reduce the duration of this ban anyway and I have to accept it otherwise this duration on this ban would stay like now .
It is totally ok, I think a player should fit to the rules and not just do one mistake after the last one -.- ...
