As you point out, Schobi was on the server at the time so this should have been referred to him and handled on the server.

I'm writing this comment just because he tagged me, I wasn't with 1nfo or Vikingen when incident happened so I did not see it's a rulebreaking or not, i wrote that comment based on what 1nfo said

I don't see anything relatable on sourcebans.
Please correct me, if I'm wrong.

Matters should first be handled on the servers if possible. As you said yourself and as verified through logs, at the very least Schobi was on the server at the time. A teamkilling incident should have been reported to him in game to handle there, especially because you knew he was there. He has essentially no ban record and this incident would've lead to at most a slay but more likely a warning, so he won't receive a ban for performing one tk under these circumstances.
