Invalid Ban Request: WillShit and БаБкА_в_ТаПкЕ

So i have been playing yesterday on the zm v3 server.
I see a lot of players being friendly to zombies or to humans, which is forbidden. Or even helping each other. Seeing this, just destroys the fun in playing the game, as some players disrespect the rules and so the other players.
As far as i know being friendly is banable. Also БаБкА_в_ТаПкЕ was blocking other players who wanted to get through to kill the human.
I have taken 3 screenshots that are proving the abuse of these 2 players:
