The spray is clearly from some sort of porn, but its too far away to see anything clearly, like genitalia.

there maybe something in the third picture ( http://cloud-3.steampowered.com/ugc/592537599616690235/55F8D50925095F1B4138CF594B9471C4C6085D28/ ) but again the screenshot is too far away for me to see anything clearly.

I think its too little evidence to ban him atm.
But if you see it again, dont hesitate to report him(with better screenshots)

Hey guys, first of all I have seen that player yesterday playing on v5 and spraying that spray twice. Also I have seen it and its a porn-animated-spray for sure.. I thought about banning him but finally I decided to warn him after I have seen him on server. So I said he have to change his spray immediatly after that, he did it and left to apply the changes. But he never came back. Also I didn't checked it if he really changed it or not. We'll see .. Anyway he seems to be fine for me, not like any dumb which is insulting if an admin is saying something to them ..

So I think like wolfram said, please provide us a further report if that happen again.
