Hello and welcome to the forum
Well it wasn't hard to link his name to his steamid by checking all players (zu_youssef) chatlog. But in the future to make my our job easier type "status" after recording a demo (not a screenshot) to prove that the steamid is linked to the player. The player is now banned (link to sb), thank you for reporting.
