name of the player: Supra / duss.exe
steam id: STEAM_0:1:24423999
which server: Hunting V1
why: rate exploiting
when: April 28, 12:00pm
proof: screenshots attached

This player has intentionally set his rates to 10/20/20 when he is a zombie. This is well below default rates, and he is doing it intentionally to cause shots to not register when he is a zombie. This player has a previous ban for having bad rates. He also claimed he did not know how to change them, but then 30 seconds later he changed 1 of his rates and said "I changed it".

I have a demo/ss of duss setting his rates to 300/20/20. He is always rate cheating, so I hope you guys can ban him for it to send him a message xD

(the screenshot is from the map before I took the demo, because I forgot I needed a demo until the next map lol, but you should be able to see his rates in the demo too)

Also, some bad language when I told him I was reporting him.

Im pretty sure the rates are forced meaning everyone has the same rate. What you see on the !rates menu is just what he wrote in the console, but they are infact forced to whatever our HA set it to be.

Really? That would be awesome. Although, what is the point of the !rate plugin, then? lol

Nothing at the moment. We didn't always have the forced rates, so thats when !rate plugin was used, now it just sits there.
