Thanks for looking into this guys. I'll complete the above mentioned form when I return from work later.

He's actually looking down because he just blocked sb. trying to reach the other side, who then, of course, fell down. I'll try do dig into the chatlogs and come up with this kill message and the chat that erupted when he was blocking the ppl on the ladder.
