Now,on to your ungag request,I will be going ahead and denying it,and the reason is quite simple.

That means you know the rules and you simply don't want to comply to them by not only not speaking English or German,but insulting other players too on top of that.
I can understand that you might wanted to joke around with your friends,but the public chat of the server is no place for language like that.

I suggest you wait out patiently for your chat ban to end,and then proceed to use chat with caution and wisely,as you are not far away from being permanently gagged..
