Hello,
That is true, the change of spray is in between maps, but once warned about the spray you are not allowed to used it anymore until you change it. Please refer to the an admin while you are connected to the server in order to unban your spray. Point out that you have filled out the unban application.

I see that his spray is unbanned by someone, thread can be set to "handled"
