Statement of grounds
I’ve been banned again—this time for "hyperscrolling." However, the demo that was uploaded clearly shows that it isn't hyperscrolling at all, but simply me spinning my mouse wheel. It is truly embarrassing that you guys can't get this sorted out. This is already my second appeal. I find it genuinely sad that a person can get banned for absolutely nothing—and then be presented with a demo where you can see, 100% clearly, that I am not hyperscrolling. Please, do something about this.

You were banned recently for hyperscroll, given a full explanation and warned directly that any further violations would lead to a longer ban.
Despite that, the latest demo shows you doing the exact same thing again.
The ban is now one month and covers all accounts linked to you. Consider this your final warning if it happens a third time, the ban will be permanent and no further appeals will be considered.If you want to play on our servers again, the path is simple: remove the hyperscroll setup.
We have no issue with you as a player, but the rule applies to everyone.

Several people who play on your server have messaged me privately; they told me they watched my demo and couldn't find any evidence whatsoever that I was "hyperscrolling." They even gave me tips on how to resolve this issue, as they had experienced the exact same unfair treatment from you. I simply don't understand how you came to the conclusion that I was hyperscrolling. I have seen players who actually do hyperscroll—in their cases, the Space key is being pressed continuously. If you were to look more closely—instead of issuing immediate bans—you would see that, in my case, the Space key is pressed only when I land on the ground. Please make the effort to review my demo once more. Otherwise, I am more than willing to provide proof and lay all my cards on the table; that’s no problem at all, as I have nothing to hide. However, I’m sick of getting banned unnecessarily. Just keeping my mouth shut and waiting for the ban to expire makes no sense with you guys, because if you don't speak up, you'll just get hit with another ban the next time around. So please—take another look at this. I’m not the only one saying there’s nothing suspicious in the demo; your own players are saying the exact same thing.
