Ban/Gag reason Eng/Ger only

Desired outcome Lift my punishment

Statement of grounds
Hello everyone. I am from Russia and do not understand English or German. Therefore, I have to write to your forum via google translator. I hope that you will understand the message I wrote, I had a lot of prohibitions to write to the game chat on the server and the last time I was forbidden to do it forever. Please give me one last chance and lift the ban. I promise to correct myself and write messages only in English or German. I really like your server and I play on it every day. This is the only live server in cs source about zombies. Please lift my ban. I hope google Translator translated my message correctly. Many thanks to the Soup administrator for the help. He told me where to turn. Thank you all for reading. I hope for your understanding.

Hello and welcome to our Forum.

You have had plenty of chances to comply with our rules.
You have collected 19 mutes in total and never before have you questioned why you were muted. Instead you keep coming back breaking the same rule over and over.

I am not going to change my decision here. If you would like to be able to use the chat again then you will have to create another account.

And why can't I use chat in Russian at all? This is a discredit of the Russian language. There are many other players on the server (including Russians) who communicate in their national language and do not understand English and German. Did you make this decision because of the situation in Ukraine? So I have a very negative attitude towards this war and do not approve of the actions of our government. Please give me one last chance. I apologize to all the players and promise to improve. This server is very dear to me. I hope google Translate translated my words correctly.

This community has been around long before any conflict between Russia and Ukraine and has always had a rule that only German or English are allowed. While I understand you may not be fluent in either of those languages, it still is not an excuse to not know and follow our server rules. You were able to figure it out once you were permanently muted so I do not see why you could not have figured out our rules before now and either communicate using a translator or not communicate at all. You have 16 other mutes for speaking in Russian and I'm sure you were also warned in-game every time before you ended up getting those mutes. That is at least 32 opportunities to translate what is being said to you and to understand and follow our rules. After more time we could be more lenient and give you one more chance, but with your number of past mutes for the same rule, we can not grant you forgiveness right now just because it took a permanent punishment for you to accept our rules.

This has nothing to do against Russians or your language, admins can not possibly know or understand every language that players on our servers may know which is why it is limited to only German, as the server was originally located there, and English, as it is a language most people are able to communicate with across different countries.

As Kriptic said, you can make a new account if you wish to still use the chat, or wait at least a few months and then ask again and in that time we may be more willing to give you another chance.

Okay, then I'll wait a few months. Maybe take the punishment off me. Thank you for your reply. Now I understand why it is impossible to communicate in Russian. Thank you again.
