I will tell you what I could see from this demo. The player is trying to BHop, at one moment it can be seen that it is jumping but "show keys" is not registering the jump command. There I am in doubt about how it can jump. Could be a macro file or a script but, even those are sending jump commands.
Sometimes it can be seen that the jump command is registered. It is known that because of lag, "show keys" function can give inconsistent information. At the moment I cannot issue a punishment for the player due to inconsistence in the demo.
Other admins that see this demo, you are welcome to come with opinions about it, maybe I could be wrong.

as i know after togs jumps stats (plug-in) detected him this is bannable offensive, siberia is high fps and fully white brighted map , i guess you cant see someone jumps key with 'showkeys'
in my demo there is clearly shown that he's detected

You are right, I did not payed attention to console, the player was flagged for perfect BHopping. A ban has been issued for scripting. Thank you for helping out !
