Welcome to the forums and thank you for reporting.
As you don't seem to know what we mean by when we say that we want you to provide proof in terms of a demo I've copied an explanation from another thread as well as a link to a tutorial/guide on how to record a "proper" demo below to give you a better understanding for your next report(s):
"Some of you may not know how to record a demo,
a demo is a little "movie" that can only be played within the game, it's useful to record good frags, cheaters, or weird things."

However as these are your first reports and nobody have told you how to make a proper request yet (as far as I know.) we usually take a look at them and try to handle them the same way we would otherwise to the best of our efforts.
