Boosting zombs by knife,
recorded him once, but his second time was caught by Mr Admin Jonas
Record was on a 3rd party shadow play app, Jonas then caught him and warned him.

If an admin warned and even punished him in game,there is no reason for a forum report.

Reporting someone through the forum means that there is no admin available online at the time to take action.

Also yeah,as you said yourself,the only proof acceptable when doing so is recording a demo of the player breaking the rules through the in-game console ONLY!
