If there is an admin in the game then reports should be made to them rather than brought here. The player looks like they're reacting to a nade being thrown near the cades which scattered them. They did shoot the cade but only to get it better positioned, they didn't destroy the position. But again if an admin is online please alert them in-game if you think someone has done something.
