Additional Information
He blocked me in vicissitude map and said "LOL". I warned him then. After that, in fast final map, I saw him do this to other guys. So I recorded him blocking others multiple times.

Hello @shikaka .

As seen in the first demo,player tried blocking people 3 times and although it did not end up getting them killed,I can see the frustration in them trying to back off to safety.

In second demo,he clearly goes down from the container on purpose to block player from getting up himself,and gets him killed.

Therefore,the player has been banned for Blocking/Ruining gameplay.
