Hi Doron.

I would simply never issue a ban in this case.

Not only the player does not get anyone killed since he is basically standing in a spot full of zombies and he is a zombie himself,but you can easily /zstuck through him and you are free to teleport back.

Therefore,there is no need for a ban.
