After reviewing the demo couple of times, I decided to not issue a ban here - as far as I understood the situation, he threw the grenade by accident or unintendedly. Also, after gathering info about him, I have seen that he's a well-known eh player with a zero ban-list which just convince me more.

BUT, it doesn't mean I won't keep an eye on him!
