Soup repeatedly urged this player to change his name, and while he did make a temporary change, he eventually reverted back to the same name again.

Hi sxmity,

As I understand This player did change his name to "Dirl".
According to HLstats I can see that he had "Dirlewanger" name for about 5 min and last time used was Sep 9th, 00:16 (see screenshot below), after which he used "Dirl" and didn't revert back to that name as you claimed.



And I did check that screenshot of an "Tab" stats you provided seems to be taken in rush_final map (see bellow) which was played at around that time (BST -1). I am quite sure that screenshot you provided is before he was asked to change his name.

Since player did obey the request from admin to change his name, I think that it is safe to say that I am declining your request to ban this player due to inconsistent evidence you've provided.

That said SPA/HA can refute my theory and correct me if I'm wrong.

Hey there, just wanted to inform you that the player in question has reverted back to their original name as stated in the report. I strongly believe it's essential for the admin to keep a close eye on this player at any given time. Unlike HLStats, which tends to be unreliable for people to track their stats, I feel it's important to prioritize a thorough check on this player. Nonetheless, I completely respect your decision in this matter.
