Additional Information
The map was zm_dust2, so obviously lads tried to get on to the top of the pillar which is at the middle area of the map. This player was shooting away the props that other CT were trying to use to get on the pillar and he was actively doing this at the beginning of every round so that CTs can't get to the top. Sadly one of my demos got lost, so I only have one recording to attach.

This incident happened roughly 2 hours after that ban has been issued, so I guess he's evading it. Anyways, thanks for looking into it.

He is not evading anything, player "Eivør" got banned on cbble, which was played after dust2 where you recorded your demo.

Sourcebans is using different timezone, it's 2 hours "before" CET.
