Report Reason Killing teammates on Purpose, Blocking/Ruining the gameplay

Additional Information
The guy was closing doors every round, I believe the demo was recorded at his 4th time. I got fed up and joined spec to record.
He also tried to block me on the jump lift. In addition to that he only spoke Russian or some other Cyrillic language.
