On the demo you showed, you can only see how the player enters the game 2 times. This is not a violation of the rules at the first moment. A rule violation would only be if the player has previously played as a zombie or human. Unfortunately, this is not apparent from the demo. If you still have a demo that shows a rule violation I would ask you to upload it.
