At +-00:25 you see Izione Shoot + Nade the barricade down
At +- 0:35 G'uns try to nade the barricade en later at 00:55 he shoot the barricade down

I will handle your report
If we analyze the demo correctly it can be seen that the player who nade the barricade was Saddam HusSeIn - KiNg Of Server and not Izione. Both Izione and G'uns have shot the barricade with machine guns.
The barricade was partially standing after the nade but, player Izione used it's machine gun to completely destroy the barricade.
Player G'uns was shooting a barricade that was already destroyed since no punishment for that. Instead, both players Saddam HusSeIn - KiNg Of Server and izione will be punished with a ban for destroying that barricade.

Please be aware that some players do not like the fact that others camp and barricade them self when there is a low number of fattys alive. Sometimes this is their answer to campers, "try to hunt, since this is a hunting server".
