I made a mistake about the date, and I have already shared some proof. He did really block them. You can just use the drive function.
After a bit of discussion we had and further investigation,turns out you were actually right.
Your recorded demo took place on after midnight hours,on 30/5/2024 so it was recently and the player reported did not receive any punishment after that day.
Therefore,player has now been banned for Blocking/Ruining Gameplay.
