The accused player has a heavy past for often the same reason as cited here, although I can understand the frustration it generates, we cannot accept screenshots as proof for this reason, there would be too much abuse.
And to believe what you have written "he was standing on top of a player as zombie for 1+ min to make ct win round teaming whit ct", you would have had time to take a demo, do not rush, do things well it is often more profitable
