Hello and thanks for your report.
I took a look at his chatlog, and thoose are his worst comments.
Comments like "your mom", "are you a kid" & "noob" is unfortantly very common while theres no admin ingame and it would be a full time job if we had to follow this up.
This is a "new" player and it's his first time typing things like this, therefore I wont take any actions this time.
His obviously trying to provoke, nextime ask him kindly to stop. I'll also give him a warning when I see him ingame
If it gets any worse, make another request.
