Hi,
As you may know, we cannot ban sprays while the player and an admin are not connected to the server. We do appreciate the fact that you have reported this spray, but please next time try not to upload it here. Also, it can be seen that there are a lot of sprays on the same spot, one covering the other. This makes it hard to determine the nickname of the player that used that spray.
