Without admins online, the reported players decided to teamkill by closing doors on their teammates.
I recommend using the "drive" function to review the second demo file and slow it down. This way, you can clearly see that it's 787XXX intentionally doing it. However, since the first demo file just showed an error, I uploaded it here using a different file format instead. Also, in the screenshot, you can see that the second reported player isn't listed in the status.
