He committed suicide 3 times on canals, he re-spawned as zombie and I managed to record him just 2 times.

Hello and thank you for reporting.

Unfortunately your first demo keeps crashing for me and although its possible he was teamkilling the second one doesn't show him doing anything wrong (suiciding for kills as you're saying.) and can't be used as proof.

"Typing "status" while recording the demo sometime causes the demo file to get corrupted and makes the game crash. Therefore, we ask players to avoid using it while they are recording the demo. You should type "status" and take a screenshot of console after you have stopped recording the demo." -thedude
