I had to go down and come back up to prove via the demo that he was blocking the team , because he had blocked me from going up earlier.

He moved aside and allowed you to climb up in the end. You were not in any danger by the time of this happening as room was clear of zombies and humans were hunting them elsewhere.

I won't ban him based on what I've seen on the demo that you uploaded.

True, we weren't in immediate danger, but he pulled the same move in the previous round. I recorded this demo as proof of the intent to hinder the team.

He will do it again and again unless there is a penalty.
If I happen to see him playing today, I'll record the demo again and show you.
